All data is stored in Canadian data centres. We never store your data outside of Canada. Geo-redundant backups go to our secondary facility in Kelowna, BC.

The Cloud Desktop is Microsoft 365 Ready — you can install your own M365 license. Microsoft licensing is not included in the base price but can be added. Talk to sales.
You're billed monthly per active user. Add users any time — you're only charged from the date they're activated. Remove users by contacting support.
