Concero Cloud Solutions Inc. ("Concero," "we," "us") is a Canadian company providing managed cloud desktop services. We are headquartered in Canada and subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@concero.cloud. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for seven years as required by Canadian tax law.
We implement SOC II Type II–aligned security controls, including encrypted data at rest (AES-256), encrypted data in transit (TLS 1.3), multi-factor authentication, and regular penetration testing.
